Types of class

Practical class

The complete class of the method, 45 minutes to an hour, to build vitality, strength and flexibility, in body and mind.

Timefulness Course

An in-depth study of behaviour and human development. Four modules, forty-seven classes: vision and self-knowledge, relationships, high-impact communication, and leadership and life management.

Mentorships

Two three-month programmes that alternate on Mondays, 20:30 to 22:30. You don't watch, you train. Communication for Conflict Resolution works on difficult conversations. Magnetic Communication works on presence and impact when you speak. Both include weekly individual consultation and carry an additional fee beyond the monthly plan.

Cultural moments

Cinema, music, brunch, mentalisation. These aren't classes, they're the life of the school. This is where you meet everyone.

How to read the schedule

Technique classes. Muscle toning, flexibility, breathing, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation.
Cultural activities. Living the DeRose Method lifestyle.
Behavioural philosophy. Activities based on the principles of the method.

Level 1, open from your first day. Level 2, from intermediate level onward.
You may practise at the school outside class hours, with prior notice, between 10:00 and 14:00 and between 16:30 and 18:00.
Schedules and teachers may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Some activities carry an additional fee beyond the monthly plan, and are marked as such. If in doubt, just ask us.
